Polanquito speakeasy-club with a dirty glamour energy-cocktails, darkness, and late-night dancing. Vanderbilt is a speakeasy-style club in Polanco with a hidden entrance disguised as a laundromat-guests open a door built to look like a washing machine to get inside. Past that gimmick, the decor channels tycoon Cornelius Vanderbilt's Gilded Age: Roman sculptures, leather armchairs, oil paintings, and a black-and-gold New York aesthetic, in a room capped around 200 guests. It draws a polished, upscale crowd for cocktails-including its signature Unicornio (soursop, horchata, absinthe)-and dancing to pop, reggaeton, and electronic sets. Entry is by reservation via WhatsApp or the club's site.
